Sessions may include Reiki energy healing, crystals, sound therapy, and intuitive guidance depending on your needs. Does distance Reiki really work?

Yes—distance Reiki works by directing energy beyond physical space, allowing healing to take place wherever you are. Many clients find distance Reiki just as powerful as in-person sessions, sometimes even deeper because they are fully relaxed in their own environment. A surrogate, such as a teddy bear, may be used during the session to help focus the healing intention.

What should I wear to a Reiki session?

The client will remain fully dressed, so whatever makes you feel comfortable, safe and ready to relax.

How do crystals enhance a Reiki session?

Reiki alone is very powerful however some people benefit greatly from the use of crystals, sound therapy, aromatherapy and other healing modalities. Crystals are great tools because they carry their own energetic vibration. Depending on the needs of the client, crystals can be programmed to help aid the client in their desired outcomes. How long is a session?

Each session is 60 minutes, they can be done in person or remotely.

How old do you have to be to receive Reiki?

Reiki is so pure and gentle that persons of any age can benefit from as little as 5 minutes of Reiki. Young children and animals are innocent so they can quickly integrate its healing properties, resulting in a need for less session time.

Is Reiki religious?

Although Reiki energy is spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Practitioners are not asked to change any religious or spiritual beliefs they may have. They are free to continue believing anything they choose and are encouraged to make their own decisions concerning the nature of their religious practices.
